These prices include installation for indoor events with a convenient loading zone in our service area.

We offer a vast number of popular themes. You can select any of these backdrop packages and we will apply your theme. Unique or custom themes may have additional charges.
Service Area
Our main service area is Union City, Hayward, Newark, most of Fremont (down to Stevenson), San Leandro, San Lorenzo, Oakland, Castro Valley and Oakland. We do service South Fremont, Milpitas, Pleasanton, parts of Santa Clara County, San Mateo County, and Contra Costa County, however expect additional travel fees.

The Circle set up comes with a 7′ circle/ring backdrop, with balloons up one side, Three pedestals and cake/cupcake stands and a decal.

The Cart set up includes either the basic or fancy cart, a one layer (12″ balloons) arch over and over the top, a name on the front, serving dishes, decorations such as candy jars or props. We have 2 carts, one is a little more fancy than the other.

The Panel set up includes one panel, a 2-layer balloon arch (5″ – 18″) up one side with an opposite short stack, a decal/sign and a pedestal with cake stand.

The Simplicity set up comes with a 7×7 square backdrop in sequins, curtain, flat, sheer, or tulle. The balloon arch goes 5′ up one side and 7′ across the top. The cake table is a standard buffet table and comes with a table cloth and/or table skirt, and serving dishes (cake plates, platters etc).
